Points usually appear within 24 hours. If they haven't, claim them within 7 days of the transaction by calling 800 300, on WhatsApp, by email, or here in chat. Points can't be claimed for transactions made before you joined Rewards.
Open My Vouchers in the ADNOC Distribution app, tap Use and show the barcode to station staff. One voucher per product; you can use several vouchers in one transaction.
Tell the attendant before fuelling and show your Emirates ID. 1,000 points = AED 1, and you can pay in full or in part.
Tap Reset PIN at sign-in, enter the last four digits of your Emirates ID, then the OTP. For a password, tap Forgot password to receive a reset email.
Top up in the ADNOC Distribution app, the ADNOC Wallet portal, or at any ADNOC station by cash or card. Turn on auto top-up in the app or portal and set your own limit.
Book your Smart Tag installation in the ADNOC Distribution app. Business customers book through the Smart Wallet portal. Smart Tag is used for fuel payments.
Eligible customers receive an SMS from the Abu Dhabi Social Support Authority. The subsidy is paid as Rewards points on your first cylinder each calendar month, bought in Abu Dhabi at ADNOC stations or in the app: 16,100 points for a 25 lb cylinder, 38,000 points for 50 lb.
Subsidy points appear immediately with an SMS confirmation; check Rewards History in the app. If they are missing, contact us on 800 300 or start a chat.
Prepaid: trade licence, operational admin's Emirates ID, power of attorney and the application form. Postpaid also needs an official request letter, the financial admin's Emirates ID and an original auto-renewable bank guarantee, submitted at a smart service centre.
Corporate accounts can't be topped up through the app. Use the ADNOC Wallet portal or visit a station.
